Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs!

The third film in the outrageously popular Ice Age franchise, the sub-zero heroes return another wild and fun adventure. Scrat is still trying to nab the ever-elusive nut (while maybe finding true love); Manny and Ellie await the birth of their mini-mammoth; Diego the saber-toothed tiger wonders if he’s growing too “soft” hanging with his pals and Sid the sloth gets into trouble when he creates his own makeshift family by hijacking some dinosaur eggs. On a mission to rescue the hapless Sid, the gang ventures into a mysterious underground world, where they have some close encounters with dinosaurs, battle flora and fauna, run amuck, and meet a relentless, one-eyed dino-hunting weasel named Buck. WHO:
A team of 14 skilled sculptors from Ice Bulb LLC will build the world’s Tallest Ice Sculpture over a 4-day period on the ice rink at the ICE at Santa Monica. A Guinness World Records™ adjudicator will be present to oversee the attempt.




The Ice Age movies are among the funniest children's movies I have ever seen, so I was eagerly anticipating this one. My children had already seen the movie while it was in the theaters but we excited to watch it again. We were not disappointed! I love the movies because they really do have a lot of humor adults can appreciate and unlike a lot of series, this one seems to get better with every movie. Our favorite character is Scrat (and his acorn).

I also really enjoyed this movie (and the other two Ice Age movies) because of the actors! I adore Ray Romano and Dennis Leary and Queen Latifah is one of my heroes! They alone make the movie worthwhile, but there are so very many reasons you will love this movie! It would also make a great christmas gift!
